Offroad Buddies is a GPS tracking application designed for off-road enthusiasts. Our features include:

  • Ghost mode for finding your way back

  • Points of interest marking

3. Account Registration

To use Offroad Buddies, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for illegal activities
  • Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
  • Share your location with malicious intent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with the proper working of the app
  • Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
  • Use the app while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner

5. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Offroad Buddies is a tool to enhance your off-road experience, but it is NOT a substitute for proper safety practices:

  • Always ride responsibly and within your abilities
  • Do not rely solely on the app for navigation - carry backup navigation tools
  • The "Ghost Mode" feature is for assistance only; it may not work in all conditions
  • Real-time location sharing depends on cellular/internet connectivity
  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or getting lost

6. Location Services

The app requires access to your device's location. By using the app, you consent to:

  • Background location tracking while recording rides
  • Sharing your location with group members (based on your settings)
  • Location data being stored for your track history

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the tracks and content you create. By using the app, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content to provide our services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Offroad Buddies app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service
  • Accuracy of GPS data or maps
  • That the app will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or getting lost.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
